So /u/conman665 and /u/Mattowwowo and /u/jmp242 I'm tagging you all since this is a little older in hopes you'll see it and have any suggestions. Wondering if you guys have run into this, and if so, have you resolved it? The laptop being used is a 15s Gen 2, brand new, alongside the docking stations. This was implemented across multiple devices, Lenovo has been barely helpful with a great quote of "Not all universal docks are universal" and haven't followed up with a depot swap out. Disabled PCIe Tunneling via Thunderbolt 4. verified refresh rates were constant across all displays Ticked the Nvidia GPU as primary, and disabled hardware acceleration for MS applications. Updated the laptop / docks drivers, firmware, and bios swapped monitors and display cables as an easy start, verifying both cables are the same input. Below are the steps I have taken with said machines. Recently, I have seen upwards of 20 people with this issue. As a lot of people have seen, there is a blinking screen issue that can happen with these. Most of our end users use Lenovo think pads with their 40AY universal docking stations. As the title says, I am out of ideas with these things.
